ARTICLE 7 - ORDERS

Our automated order registration system serves as proof of the nature and content of your orders. We confirm order acceptance via email. The sale is concluded once payment is validated by Urban Faction®, whether through online card payment or receipt of payment by check. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is a dispute related to a prior payment.

ARTICLE 8 - DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery costs include preparation, packaging, and postage. We advise you to consolidate all items into a single order. We cannot combine separate orders, and shipping will be charged for each individual order.

ARTICLE 9 - PAYMENT

We offer secure payment options, including:

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) via the secure payment form on the site, requiring the card type, card number, security code, and expiration date.

  • PayPal payment.

Payments are processed through the secure servers of our payment partners, ensuring that your financial information does not pass through our site. Credit card payments are secure, and your order will be processed once payment is approved.

ARTICLE 10 - DELIVERY

We offer home delivery or delivery to a pickup point. The delivery time includes both the order preparation and delivery times. Urban Faction® ships internationally. You will receive email notifications about the preparation and shipment of your order.

The estimated delivery time (6 business days) starts from the moment the buyer receives the order confirmation email.

ARTICLE 11 - WARRANTY - RETURNS - REFUNDS - CANCELLATION

All products sold on urban-faction.com are new and come with a warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. These products comply with industry standards and come directly from authorized suppliers.

If you receive a defective product or one that does not match its description, you have 60 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or a refund. If this 60-day period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it will automatically extend to the next business day.

For all returns, items must be returned in unused, original condition, complete with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation (including the original plastic film and the corresponding invoice). The buyer must also provide proof of the defect by sending a detailed description along with photographs to info@urban-faction.com.

In the case of a cancellation, Urban Faction® commits to refunding the full amount paid by the customer, excluding the return shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 business days after receiving the returned items.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Urban Faction® will not accept returns for cash-on-delivery orders under any circumstances.

ARTICLE 12 - TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RISK OF LOSS

Ownership of the products transfers only once the purchaser has fully paid for the products, regardless of the delivery date. This means full ownership of the products will only be transferred when payment is completed.

However, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the purchaser upon delivery and actual receipt of the products. As soon as the products are delivered and accepted by you, the risks associated with their loss or deterioration are transferred to you, even if you have not yet fully paid for the products.

ARTICLE 13 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place on our site. We may also reduce or cancel quantities ordered per person, household, or order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed using the same customer account, credit card, or billing/shipping address.
